1. Preamble

Cureety TechCare is a Class IIa medical device according to Rule 11 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 undergoing certification with the Notified Body Eurofins Italy. In accordance with Article 120, it meets the requirements for post-market surveillance, vigilance, registration of economic operators and devices (Chapter VII). The device is manufactured under a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) and certified according to ISO 13485: 2016.

All elements constituting the platform have been designed by closely following the strictest international standards in terms of quality management, information system security and medical device software design.

4. Intellectual Property - Publications

All elements integrated into the Site (notably the textual and graphic content, but also its structure, its databases, its name, its graphic design, its logo and its brand) are the exclusive property of Cureety or its possible partners, and may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Any exploitation (in particular reproduction, representation, adaptation, etc.) total or partial of one or more of these elements, on any medium and by any process whatsoever without prior expressed consent of Cureety, is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal proceedings for counterfeiting or unfair competition.

The only right granted herein is a simple, non-sublicensable and non-transferable worldwide right to use the Site.

The Cureety publications available on the Site are not exhaustive and are provided for information purposes.

5. Instructions for using the platform

The general conditions of use (CGU) of the Cureety platform are accessible to its users. Any creation of an account and any use of the platform assumes acceptance of these T&Cs.

The Cureety platform is a web application that does not require downloading, installation or any configuration before use. It can be used on computer, mobile or tablet. The service is available directly on the web at the url address: https://app.cureety.com

To use Cureety TechCare, healthcare professionals must have internet connection to connect to the service from their computer and an email adress to receive alerts.

We ensure the proper functioning of the entire service from the browser versions listed below:

6. Responsibility

Visitors to the Site are solely responsible for their use of the Site and cannot hold Cureety responsible for any claim and/or procedure made against Cureety as a result of such use.

The visitor undertakes to use the Site responsibly and lawfully and in particular undertakes not to:
  • Aggregate, copy or duplicate content from the Site.
  • Disrupt or interrupt the operation of the Site or the servers connected to the Site.
  • Use data mining systems, robots or any other similar automated methods to collect and/or exploit data from the Site.​

7. Miscellaneous provisions

Unless otherwise provided by public policy, these conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating thereto will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
